   Tigran was polite, gentle and caring.
   His speaking and understanding of English language was excellent.
   Tigran’s knowledge of all Armenian history and cultural matters were shared with interest. We had many great conversations about a wide range of topics. His expertise in all matters relating to wine was a bonus we much appreciated.
   Tigran efficiently and smoothly managed the tour programme to suit our preferences and pace.
