Rima, our guide, was there for us from the moment we entered Armenia till the time we left. She was actually more than a guide. Our specific needs were addressed. She went out of the way to show us places that were not in the original tour package. Took us to traditional restaurants for us to experience local cuisine. Explained in detail the history of Armenia. Was patiently waiting for us when we were exceeding our time in certain places.
Rima understands the need of the “tourists” and customizes the itinerary accordingly. We were very lucky to have her as our guide who now has transformed to a family friend. We will definitely visit Armenia again and travel with Rima…
