1. A melhor surpresa da minha viagem à Armênia foi encontrar a Mari para me acompanhar nessa grande aventura. Mais que uma guua, uma companhia agradável, com profundo conhecimento sobre a geopolítica, arte, cultura e curiosidades da Armênia. Inicialmente, reservei um dia, mas acabamos fechando quatro dias e, com segurança, posso afirmar que desbravamos a Armênia. Desde a chegada no aeroporto, passando pela vela cidade de Erevan, seguindo por Zvartanos, Geghard, Garni, Caverna Areni, Khor Virap até Monte Ararate, a Armênia não é apenas um país lindíssimo, a minha viagem foi inesquecível graças ao trabalho sensível e cuidadoso da Mari. Indico 1000 vezes, e reitero: pode deixar a critério dela a organização do roteiro porque vai ser uma surpresa do início ao fim. Nota 10000!!!

3. I had an amazing time in Armenia with Mariana showing me and some friends around some of the best places near Yerevan (Garni, Geghard, Symphony
   of stones, etc). She has deep knowledge and love for the country and is eager to share as much as possible with the group. The best part is that we got the whole tour in portuguese, our native language, which makes things even better! Brasileiros podem fechar com a Mari sem medo, é a melhor opção!

4. Mariana is a gem!! Goes above and beyond! She organized a walking tour of Yerevan for first timers in Armenia. She knows countless of fun anecdotes and details about every place in addition to the history, making it a super engaging and fun tour. She tailored the tour as we were walking, adapting it on the spot to answer our various needs for curiosity about specific aspects of the city, but also rest and sustenance (she knows the best places for Armenian gata!). We were a dozen people from all over the world and didn’t know each but thanks to Mariana’s enthusiasm as well as welcoming and galvanizing qualities, we all ended up friends. She also gave us tips for things we could do by ourselves in the next days at the end. Best city tour EVER! Highly recommend!

   We couldn’t have asked for a better guide during our stay in Armenia. Mariana is highly qualified and truly passionate about her work. She accompanied us for three days of our trip through the country: exploring Yerevan, Geghard, and Etchmiadzin. Beyond her keen eye for architecture and history, she also draws attention to elements of daily life and local culture, making the experience truly well-rounded. She also prepared a customized itinerary tailored to our needs, as we were traveling with my elderly mother, who has some mobility limitations. In short, every second was worth it. Our trip wouldn’t have been the same without her. We highly recommend her!

8. Brazil, If you’re reading this to decide whether to hire Mariana as your guide, search no more! She is AMAZING, and you will not regret booking a tour with her. You can book (as she runs out of free slots fast!), and then you can continue reading. Mariana is an experienced, reliable, and knowledgeable tour guide with in-depth knowledge of Armenia, Armenian culture, and Armenian history. As a diaspora Armenian now living in Armenia, Mariana’s tour was particularly interesting because she took nothing in Armenia as a given: every relevant detail was worth a captivating explanation. Moreover, her experience allows us to dive into the experience of someone living in Armenia today, yet with excitement, admiration, and a profound respect for Armenia and Armenians. Mariana was patient with me and my parents, and did everything within her power to tailor the tour to our interests, which were admittedly very bespoke and deviated from the usual tourist route. Mariana is also very interested in architecture and the patterns that appear in the different cities and churches, so if these matters interest you I highly recommend you choose her as your guide. Mariana’s availability on WhatsApp and timely response to my many questions were also a game-changer in my experience in the country. Last but not least, there is nothing like being received with a warm welcome at the airport. Mariana was there to receive me despite my late-night flight, ensuring my arrival (at 12:15 am!) was not only smooth but also warm and welcoming.
