As AAPTG president Yasha Solomonyan mentioned “Trainings of Trainers” project will be carried out at the end of February, 2022. Those who will complete it successfully and be certified, will share their kwoledge and train other members of AAPTG. AAPTG counts with a number of members who passed different training programs and are already accredited trainers, like Yasha Solomonyan, Aramayis Mnatsakanyan, Houry Nazaretian, Sonya Abrahamyan and Tatev Asryan. Their readiness to share their knowledge and experience would make the project a definite success.
The other important issues are the qualification and certification of AAPTG members planned to be carried out in the upcoming year.
Anahit Avagyan is responsible for International Relations and Investment Programmes. She presented the details of FEG (European Federation of Tourist Guide Associations) annual general meeting which was held online recently. Armenia took part in this annual meeting for the first time. The greatest achievement of 2021 has been AAPTG's admission to membership of FEG. Currently 27 countries are members of FEG.
It is worth to mention that inspite of the hardships of 2021 a great deal of work has been done, many projects have been successfully carried out, new programmes are being developed. There are perspectives for developing the sphere. The devotion and hardwork of AAPTG board members unify and inspire all of us.
